Work closely with various engineering and product development personnel to create, edit, approve and release all product documentation through the entire document life cycle.

Maintain change control database for all product development and test.
-
Implement change and revision procedures for all product related documentation.
-
Other duties as may be assigned.
ESSENTIAL JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
-
Preferred 5 or more years experience in the maintenance of both paper and electronic documentation including change and revision controls.

Ability to exhibit strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
-
Extensive experience in documentation in support of advanced product development.
-
Ability to communicate in a clear, concise, understandable manner, understands material, take corrective action directives.
-
Ability to prioritize projects and process multiple tasks as required with minimal supervision.
-
Ability to operate all equipment and software necessary to perform the job.
-
Ability to apply intermediate to advance level skills with MS Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer and Outlook programs.

Ability to quickly learn and function at an advanced level of skill with the company automated document control/quality system management software and database (QualTrax), including reporting capabilities.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
-
Must have High School diploma or equivalent GED; in addition to 5+ years related experience and/or training.

Ability to demonstrate a high level of planning, organizational, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.

Strong interpersonal, communication, organization and follow-through skills.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:

Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with others in an effective, concise and professional manner.

Ability to understand complex technical information, and translate this information into relevant business terms, concepts and processes.
REASONING ABILITY:

Ability to define problems; solve practical problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and report to management on conclusions..

Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
